We are based in Zaandam, just off the A8 and close to the A10. We commenced production on this site in 2000 and then built an additional new state-of-the-art factory as part of the existing factory in 2006 to handle the rapid growth of the Company.
Our modern meat packing factory is heavily invested with the latest technologies, operating at the highest capacity outputs required to produce goods for this highly competitive sector. Not only do we deliver the low unit costs, but also achieve the superior levels of food quality, hygiene, food safety and shelf life required by our customer. Our production lines run seven days a week, ensuring that Albert Heijn has the right products at the right time to the right quality.
We have the benefit of a fully automated warehousing system which delivers our finished products via transport by trucks to our customer’s distribution points, all within a few hours from initial receipt of the order to despatch of the finished product.
We have continued to invest to improve our operational efficiency of our factory, expand and develop our product portfolios and put in place the required capacity and capabilities for anticipated future growth.
