    What do we do with the information you send us?

    All information you provide will be used by HFH only for the application process or for legal requirements when necessary. Your information will not be shared with third parties during the application process and will not be stored outside the European Union.

    Paper and / or digital information is stored by HFH in a secure environment. With the information (name, e-mail, telephone number) you send us, we will contact you to share the progress of the application process. With all other information that you send us, HFH determines whether you are eligible for the position you applied for.

    In case of an open application we use your data to see if you are eligible for a position within HFH. This may result in we refer you to one of the recruitment agencies. Your information will NOT be forwarded to the recruitment agencies, you have to do this yourself.

    If you are not eligible for a position within HFH you will receive a rejection after which you will be removed from our mailbox directly.

    If you are eligible, we will not keep your data longer than necessary during the application process.

    Which data and for what?

    As stated earlier in this declaration, HFH processes the personnel data solely for the fulfillment of the obligation arising from the employment or legally required.

    The collected personal data are not kept longer than necessary. Depending on the type of personal data, HFH keeps the legal storage period. If there is no legal retention period, HFH will comply with the directive that has been formulated.

    Upon entering into employment, the employee must fill in forms that HFH needs in order to properly implement the data. HFH only requests the necessary data so that the employee is correctly placed in the personnel system after which a correct payment can take place. Where data is requested this is not necessary for the performance of the employment, explicit permission will be requested from the employee.

    HFH has an access control system that processes biometric data (manual scan). This data is processed to ensure that the employee is paid in a correct manner.

    Payroll:

    The processing of the payroll of HFH is outsourced to a third party. With this party we share the information that is necessary for the payment of the employee. This third party is a processing agreement entered ers.

    Sharesave Scheme:

    The share program ' Sharesave Scheme ' has been outsourced to Equinity. They process the data of the employee when the employee has voluntarily registered with this program. Equinity has been contractually appointed by Hilton Food Group as processor . The Equality Privacy Statement can be requested from HFH's Human Resources department.

    Recruitment agencies

    HFH has largely outsourced the recruitment & selection to strategic partners. A condition from HFH is that these external parties process the data according to the guidelines of the AVG. If you do not pass the preselection, your data will not be shared with HFH.

    Data retention

    All digital and paper archives will be destroyed as soon as the legal retention period has expired.

    If an employee has left HFH, the employee will be removed from the processing process immediately after the last payout . When HFH has to process legal data afterwards (eg for the tax authorities). As soon as the mandatory reasons have expired, this personal data will also be deleted.

    Your right

  • You have the right to have all data that is incorrectly recorded corrected immediately.     You have the right to delete. Usually described as the 'right to be forgotten'. You can submit the request so that your personal data is deleted. In practice, this means that HFH will stop processing personal data on request. HFH will give you the opportunity to discuss how this will happen when you request to delete your data.
